POWER WASHING

At Stelzer Painting we don’t call it “pressure washing” – because we don’t like to use a lot of pressure. Any professional washer will tell you that, unless you’re washing concrete, you shouldn’t be washing with pressure.  Incorporating the right cleaning agent into the washing process allows the chemicals to do the work, rather than relying on pressure (which can easily cause damage to your property). We power wash all homes, decks, and fences before painting or staining them. We also provide yearly maintenance for homes and buildings after we’ve finished them. A regular maintenance schedule will keep the moss, mold, mildew, algae, and other growths from eating away at your investments.
