A long-time customer of mine finally decided to get a new deck. I had painted the exterior of his home about five years prior, as well as some interior painting work for him on two separate occasions. We had developed a great working relationship, so much so that he actually just told me to pick the best product for the job and get to it when I could. Like most of his projects, he didn’t even ask for a price up front. I think he knows he gets a better deal this way, since I’m overly conscious about making sure my charges are easily justified. Still, I appreciate his trust and confidence in me. He’s on an annual maintenance plan to ensure his deck stays looking perfect for many years to come.
