The scope of work for this project involved stripping the popcorn ceilings, re-texturing the ceilings with light orange-peel texture, and priming & painting all walls, ceilings, trim & doors in the basement of a home my clients had just purchased. We also cleaned, primed, and painted their old brick fireplace which had never been previously painted. There were no major challenges or obstacles with this job, since I had free-reign of the area and committed to getting the work done months ahead of time during a short window of time after the closing of the home, right before my clients moved in. I honored the time-frame given and my clients were very pleased with the transformation.
