Graff Hardwood Floor Restoration

I painted Erin’s exterior a year prior to this floor restoration project – so we’d already established a good working relationship and mutual trust. Her tenants moved out, and once I finished the floors and interior painting she planned to move in. The former tenants had dogs, so the floor was completely saturated with stains and smell.  It was also all heavily scratched and extremely worn. Actually, the floors had never been refinished after they were built some 70 years ago – which made the before and after photos all the more impressive.
