There’s always one house each year that scares the pants off me. For 2016, it was this home. Mrs. Graybeal did not want roof anchors installed, which meant I couldn’t utilize some typical safety equipment such as ropes and harnesses while working on this project. Most of the work had to be done from the roofs (with an extremely steep pitch) – which made for a very challenging project. I walked away healthy when the job was complete, and with another satisfied customer.
“Troy is the best painter I’ve ever had. He is meticulous and conscientious. If it isn’t good enough for him, it’s not good enough. He doesn’t do shortcuts. His preparation is extraordinary with everything masked and prepped to insure the painting is going to last. The time he spends on prep is more than the time he spends painting. He actually pressure washed my fence 3 different times to get the foundation he wanted before the painting was done. He is not the cheapest I’ve had, nor the quickest I’ve had, but he did the best darn paint job of anyone I’ve had.”
